Astra Beauty Salon provides professional beauty services including, but not limited to, hair services, nail services, brow services, beauty treatments, and related cosmetic services.

All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Florida regulations.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person at the salon.

We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Astra Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments when necessary.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We kindly request that clients cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment may result in:

  • Cancellation fees

  • A deposit requirement for future bookings

  • Refusal of future appointments in repeated cases

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. If a client arrives excessively late, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept multiple payment methods including:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Cash

  • Approved financing options such as Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and American First Finance

Financing options are subject to approval by the respective provider and their terms.

6. Refund Policy

All services provided by Astra Beauty Salon are non-refundable.

If a client is not satisfied with a service, they must notify the salon within 48 hours so that we may evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a correction.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Must be used before their expiration date (if applicable)

  • May not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise

8. Health and Safety

Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to receiving services.

Astra Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service if a condition could compromise the safety of the client or staff.

9. Personal Belongings

Astra Beauty Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while visiting the salon.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Astra Beauty Salon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Changes to Terms
